Bob va de compres

After days and days of rain, the weekend is here and the sun is shining. Good thing too, Phil's we weather gear is worn out and needs to be replaced. So while I pedalled home comfortably from the pub last night, Phil was moist, to say the least.

Today, he was pretty damp after the ride too, but not because of any pluja. Today it was Bob who was to blame!

Yes, that's right, we went shopping with Bob.

The dogs and the cat were low on food, so it was time to venture out to that American institution, the rei de supermercats: Costco.

It was a crazy Saturday morning inside, but at least we got some free food tastings along the way. Hot cross buns, chicken wings and beef jerky. Oh yeaaaah!

Then it was time to focus on the task at hand. Reggie was first up.

Throw in a new work jacket for Phil and some vitamins, looking at just over 40kg with 33kg being carried by Phil and Bob.

Boy oh boy did we make people's heads turn on the road. Had a few amusing conversations with cars stopped at the lights too!

I really had it easy with my light load. Go Phil!

Home and the Fargo-Bob conglomerate is self supporting!!! 

Yep, SS Fargos reign supreme yet again.

And of course, every SS adventure deserves a reward.

Baked bean and cheese jaffles with 2012 Vintage Coopers. 2012? A fine year, the year we went to a little place called Finale and met Betty and Bob.
