Road and MTB, more riding

Again riding,

As i said last week, pain was part of my normal life on the last months, and it looks like slowly but continuously is going away. I'm glad is on this way, there is really nothing worst than riding feeling your knee is always sending you clear signs of "I'm on my limit"...

...and at the same time, riding has been helping to develop strength around the knee so the pain can disappear. 

I've been, as usual, combining Road and MTB, so here you have some more pictures, the first ones from Paris Mountain with my Ibis Mojo ... yet again ... and the second ones this morning around my house with the Tarmac.

Paris Mountain trails had been changed, not sure when it happened, but the upper section trail, used as "down hill" race trail, has been closed and another trail opened. This one is a perfect idea the guys from Upstate Sorba developed, you can do it all if you're shaped enough, and it's a great and continuous climb to the top of the park. Closed turns, some small "jumps", on a neat and clean trail ...the best, is the same way down, and I can tell you, even I'm not a great descender, this trail will made happy most of the people looking for a fast, nice and fun trail, but without the difficult sections that force most of the bikers to put "feet on the ground".

The second group are pictures riding my Tarmac around home, it was a nice morning, fresh but not cold, with Fall temperatures. For the first time I had to use my arm warmers, and also choose my "pirate" pants. For some of you also a new shirt, white from Castelli...
